If they don’t have it In stock they will always find it and have it for you within a few days. Hands down the customer service is always impeccable and you’re always getting the best price no matter what the item is and compared to other electronic stores in queens. I would highly recommend if you’re looking for home pro or car audio TVS they have the best deals

Picked up the AlphaTheta XDJ-AZ flagship controller here (PioneerDJ 😅 brand) and I absolutely love it! Also grabbed a dbx Driverack VENU360, QSC K12.2 speakers, and a Yorkville ES18P sub. Staff knew their gear, no pressure, just straight-up solid advice. Everything was in stock. I don't have to wait for shipping or if FedEx/UPS dropped and broke my gear lol! Will definitely be back! Highly recommended!! Thank you John.

Took a road trip from Toronto Canada🇨🇦 to this place to get my S11 as it was in short supply and the deal he gave no one here or in the US could beat. Had bank transaction issues and these guys were able to accommodate me with other options. People = 5 (You can tell they always want to assist) Price = 5 (They always ready to cut u a deal) Customer Service = 5 (Stellar) I will definitely shop with them again.

I honestly couldn't believe they actually had an Omnis-Duo in stock, but I’m so glad they did. The price was solid, and the whole experience was just easy. Huge shoutout to John—he was super down-to-earth and great to work with. It’s a relief to find a shop that has the gear you actually want without any of the typical sales pressure. I’ll definitely be back.
